A note from the creator
Hi, I’m Petra, born in 1984. I created MyloVille because I missed the feeling of a real mystery: the kind you can hold in your hands, spread out on a wooden table, and solve without a screen. In a world of digital noise and instant notifications, I wanted to bring back the 'Analog Joy' of the mailbox.
It’s a labor of love. Every envelope is hand-stamped, every clue is carefully placed, and every story is written to keep you guessing until the very last letter. Inspired by dark psychology, ancient history, and unexplained mysteries, I’ve built a town that feels exactly like you remember it... even if you’ve never been there.
MyloVille is named in honor of my dog, Mylo, who crossed the rainbow bridge far too soon. You can see him here in the photo with me. Even the character of Pixie is a tribute to my furry best friend of 14 years who joined Mylo in his sassy rainbow quests. MyloVille is my way of keeping their extremelyt loving, fierce, and adventurous spirits alive through the joy of a real mystery.

When will I receive my letters?
Your first letter will be dispatched on the Friday following your order. After your first month, renewals also ship on the first Friday of each billing cycle.
All dispatches are sent from our office in Portugal via standard mail (no tracking) to keep the subscription affordable.
- Portugal: 2–3 business days.
- Europe: 3–10 business days.
- USA & International: Up to 3 weeks.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription anytime?
Absolutely!
You can cancel at any time. However, I highly recommend pausing your subscription instead.
- Why Pause? Pausing allows you to pick up exactly where you left off in the story (e.g., jumping from Letter #3 to Letter #4) whenever you’re ready. There is absolutely no obligation to return. It is just because the system remembers where you left off when you hit "pause".
- If you Cancel: If you cancel and decide to return later, your record is wiped, and you will start over at Letter #1.
Can i get a refund?
Since this is a subscription for a physical story, you have a 14-day window to change your mind after joining.
\However, because MyloVille is a mystery experience, we can only offer a refund if the envelope remains sealed and unopened. Once the "official seal" is broken and the evidence is accessed, we can no longer offer a refund.

What if my letter gets lost in the mail?
I use standard mail to keep the subscription as affordable as possible without having to charge extra shipping fees.
But I know that things occasionally get lost in transit. If your letter hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframes (see question #1), please send me an email. I’ll look into it and send out a replacement right away so your story isn't interrupted.
