1. Ownership of the Registry (Identificação do Fornecedor) In accordance with Decree-Law No. 7/2004, we identify the operator of this digital town:

2. Intellectual Property of the Archives All narratives, illustrations, the  logo, and physical records dispatched from Myloville are the exclusive intellectual property of Petra van Marwijk. The story is a protected work of fiction. No part of the letters or digital clues may be reproduced, sold, or shared publicly without the express written consent of the Postmaster.

3. The Subscription Contract  By becoming a mail subscription Citizen, you are entering into a recurring service agreement.

  • Frequency: Post is dispatched monthly.

  • Billing: Your payment method will be charged every 30 days via Seal Subscriptions.

  • Cancellation: You may revoke your residency at any time through the Citizen Portal. No minimum commitment is required, but cancellations must be made 48 hours before the next scheduled Friday dispatch to avoid that month's billing.

4. Digital Dispute Resolution  In the event of a disagreement that cannot be settled by the Postmaster, citizens residing in Portugal or the EU may seek mediation.

  • Livro de Reclamações: Access the electronic complaint book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

  • RAL (Arbitration): In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes (CNIACC - Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo).

5. Privacy & The Citizen’s Data (RGPD) We only collect the data necessary to navigate the post to your door (Name, Address, Email). Your data is never sold to third-party "merchants" outside of Myloville. For a full view of your data rights, see our Privacy Policy.
