The Friday Tradition To keep the Myloville Post Office running smoothly, all new and recurring records are dispatched in a single batch every Friday morning.

  • If you become a Citizen before Thursday at midnight, your first letter will leave the station that Friday.

  • If you join on a Friday or over the weekend, your journey begins the following Friday.

Shipping Rates & Residency Fees We believe the mystery should be accessible to all, which is why we offer free shipping from our post in Portugal for the mail subscription. Any other will be subject to shipping fees, depending on your location and the weight & size of the products. The checkout will reflect your shipping cost.

Estimated Arrival Times Once the post carriage leaves, the arrival depends on the distance:

  • Portugal: 2–5 business days.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days.

  • International (USA/Worldwide): 5-15 business days.

  • Note: As these are sent via standard post to keep costs low for our citizens, tracking numbers are not provided for monthly letters.

International Customs & Duties For our international citizens (outside the EU), please note that your local post office may occasionally hold a record for customs inspection. Myloville is not responsible for any local import duties or taxes, though our thin envelopes rarely trigger these "Border Mysteries."

Incorrect Addresses The post can only reach you if the Registry has your correct coordinates. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate in your Citizen Portal. If a letter is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may ask you to cover the cost of a second dispatch.

Lost Post If your record hasn't arrived within 30 days of a Friday dispatch, it may have been lost in the mists. Contact the Postmaster at welcome@myloville.com and we will investigate the archives for you.
